On August 28, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released the list of the "Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in China" in Shenyang, Liaoning. CVTE has once again made the list, marking the ninth consecutive year since 2017 that the company has been included in this prestigious ranking, highlighting its strength and steady development in the manufacturing sector.
This year marks the 27th consecutive year that the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce has conducted its survey on large-scale private enterprises. The threshold for entry into the "Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in China" has continued to rise, with total operating revenue reaching 29.63 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.66%. This accounts for 68.84% of the total revenue of the Top 500 Private Enterprises in China, continuing to play the role of a "economic anchor" for the private economy. In terms of regional distribution, Guangdong province had 51 enterprises on the list. CVTE, as an excellent representative of private manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou, continues to solidify its industry position through innovation-driven growth and global expansion.
According to CVTE's 2024 annual report, the company achieved annual revenue of 22.401 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 971 million yuan. Entering 2025, the company maintains its steady growth trajectory. In the first half of the year, the company achieved operating revenue of 10.56 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.39%.
Since its establishment in 2005, CVTE has relied on its accumulation of software and hardware technologies in areas such as audio-video technology, signal processing, power management, human-computer interaction, application development, and system integration. The company has focused on technological innovation and product development for various application scenarios. Through its product and resource integration capabilities, CVTE has gradually gained market position in niche markets. In 2025, the company continues to focus on two core technology bases: artificial intelligence and interactive display. It is making continuous efforts in key technological areas and achieving breakthroughs across multiple aspects to further strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of its products. CVTE's Seewo brand plays a leading role in the field of educational digital transformation. Its products have covered 2.8 million classrooms, 200,000 primary and secondary schools, and 2,500 higher education institutions, serving over 10 million teacher users and 1 million family users. The brand has built an "1+N+N" AI system to drive the intelligent development of education. Meanwhile, the company's MAXHUB brand focuses on smart and efficient collaboration, providing solutions for smart meetings and smart offices. As of the first half of 2025, the company has established subsidiaries in six countries, including India, the United States, the Netherlands, Thailand, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates. It has also built localized teams for product, marketing, and market operations in 18 countries and regions, with its service coverage extending to over 140 countries and regions worldwide, demonstrating its strong presence in international markets.
Since its establishment, CVTE has clearly defined its development strategy of "Technology as the leading force, innovation as the driving force", placing great emphasis on technological innovation and R&D investment. Relying on the company's "Three Institutes and One Station" innovation and research capabilities, CVTE has continuously upgraded and iterated its products while actively exploring new technological development directions.
It is worth noting that the company has been deeply involved in the robotics field for many years, building a full-stack technical capability in algorithm innovation, hardware design, and manufacturing validation, with over 600 related patent applications.
Leveraging this technological foundation, CVTE has achieved a new breakthrough in its robotics strategy - its self-developed industrial-grade quadruped robot, MAXHUB X7, was officially launched at the World Robot Conference. This product features a fully self-developed intelligent navigation system, precision multi-joint drive structure, and adaptive gait algorithms. It can be equipped with robotic arms, sensors, and other devices to form a multi-task platform. It has already been applied in industrial scenarios such as power generation.
In the future, CVTE will continue to adhere to the concept of innovation-driven development. Based on steady progress in production and operations, the company will continuously cultivate New Quality Productive Forces, injecting strong momentum into China's manufacturing sector as it moves toward the high-end of the global value chain.
